We provide research, planning, and booking services. Planning fees may apply and are non-refundable once work has begun.
We act as a liaison between you and travel suppliers. Suppliers are responsible for services provided. We are not liable for supplier actions, changes, or service quality.
Prices are subject to change until confirmed. Payment is required per supplier deadlines. Client authorizes use of personal information for booking purposes.
You agree not to dispute valid charges. If issues arise, you must allow us the opportunity to resolve with the supplier before initiating disputes.
All cancellations are subject to supplier policies. Many bookings are non-refundable. Fees and penalties may apply.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Without insurance, you assume financial risk for cancellations,
delays, or emergencies.
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and entry requirements. Incorrect documentation may result in denied travel without refund.
You acknowledge travel risks including health, political, or environmental factors. Travel participation signifies acceptance of these risks.
We are not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by suppliers or events beyond our control including force majeure events.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
